Shipping, Return and Cancellation Policy
The following terms apply to purchases made at AngelitosMagicos.com (hereinafter Our Store) and are for shipments made within the Mexican Republic. This policy may be modified and updated in good faith without prior notice. The use of Our Store implies your acceptance of the terms.
Our Store contracts the delivery of the Products with recognized parcel companies, ensuring quality service.
The estimated delivery time will be indicated in the purchase process in the Online Store and will be confirmed in the Product Shipping Date Confirmation email.
The time is counted from the completion of payment for the merchandise. In the case of cash operations, it is after the client sends his deposit receipt via email.
If you place your order before 1:00 p.m. (Central Time) it will be processed that same day to schedule shipping, if you place it later, your order will be processed until the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or holiday will be processed on the next business day.
Once you receive the shipping confirmation email, you will have the name of the parcel company and the tracking number, so you can follow up with said company and obtain the details of the delivery date.
The delivery time reported in the purchase confirmation email may be extended due to force majeure or extraordinary causes, in which case you will receive a notification from the parcel company by email. In certain remote regions of the country, the parcel companies with which we have an agreement may not have home delivery coverage, in which case the free shipping promotions will not apply.
In the event that the Product(s) present any problem or are not the Product(s) requested, the customer must follow the Wrong or Defective Product (Return or Physical Exchange) process.
You can make the returns you require as long as each and every one of the conditions established in this policy are met.
You can request to return a purchased product, as long as its original packaging is complete and in perfect condition for sale. Packaging, manuals and accessories must be original and the seals must not have been violated; If the product is part of a package or includes a gift, it must be returned in the same condition. Shipping costs are not refundable. The maximum period to receive a product return is 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.
The return does not apply if the product presents any of the following cases:
- The product was scratched, hit or damaged.
- The internal packaging has non-original labels or the factory seals are violated.
- The box or internal packaging is scratched, beaten, dirty, wet or otherwise abused.
- The packaging is not original or is open.
- The product has been sold as an outlet.
To request a return it is important:
- Write an email to email@example.com with the title Return Request within the next 7 calendar days from the date of receiving the merchandise to be able to request the return.
- Identify the order number, model of the product or products, quantity (in case of several pieces of the same model), product identification number and reason for return.
Your request will be attended to and evaluated the same day as long as it is received within the following hours:
- Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM Central Time.
You will be sent by email the instructions you must follow to return the product, including the authorization number (which is valid for 5 calendar days from issuance) and the address where it should be sent. Once the product is received, if it meets the return conditions, a Credit Note will be issued for the amount paid for the product. You can use the Credit Note to obtain a refund of your payment.
During the return process, you may be asked for additional information such as photos of the product. If the return is authorized by the Solutions Area, you must send us the product correctly packaged and adequately protected against shocks, humidity, static, dust, excessive heat, etc., with freight paid to the address indicated by the Solutions Area. Insurance during the transfer, taxes, legal and ecological problems, accidents, security, theft, loss or any other aspect or procedure for the return are the responsibility of the client and are the responsibility of the client.
After 7 calendar days, returns of any kind are not accepted, including returns due to an error in the product sent.
You can make a cancellation as long as each and every one of the conditions established in this policy are met.
Cancellation of orders before dispatch
You can cancel an order that has not yet been shipped during the next 24 hours after making your purchase. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating that you wish to cancel your order, provide the bank details where you wish to receive a refund of your money. The refund will be made within 7 days after canceling the order via bank transfer to the account number you provided to us at the time of cancellation.
Cancellation of processed orders
In the event that the order has already been processed and shipped, the customer must reject the delivery at the time the parcel company arrives at their address, in this case the return shipping costs will be borne by you. If it is not rejected at the time of delivery, the customer must make the return via parcel delivery and the cost will be borne by the customer. To send the return, you are requested to send an email to email@example.com so that we can assign you a shipping address.
Wrong or defective product (Return or Physical Exchange)
If you have received an incorrect or defective product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org , indicating the details of the product and the reason for the exchange or return, which must be reported within the first 48 hours of receiving the product for be able to make it valid. In this case, the costs of return shipping will be borne by Our Store.
Once the returned product has been received, it will be evaluated and it will be defined based on its conditions whether the return is appropriate; if not, you will be informed via email. If it is appropriate and you requested a replacement product, we will ship it immediately to your same initial address, or if you choose to return your money, we will contact you to request your bank details to make a transfer. This process can take up to 7 days after you have sent us your data.
